A Brief Moment Before Departure

I’m adding this post to help remind me of home and where this journey started.  From the beginning I wanted the ‘last piece’ of the van build to be taking wood from the family farm in North Dakota and installing it somewhere to call it complete. I created multiple panels to be installed on my sliding door that will be covered in stickers and patches.  To honor my original sentiment of finishing the build, I was able to replace out my sticker board the morning of my departure.

This short little clip is of Kim putting the first sticker on the brand new Van Life Year 1 sticker board. I tend to be a sentimental guy and this was a big moment for me.
